TOOLS Easy Fast RT Kit – from our innovative manufacturer Biotools

Posted on July 27, 2020July 27, 2020 by Ramona Byrd

TOOLS Easy Fast RT Kit – the fast first-strand cDNA synthesis with high efficiency

with efficient and quick removal of the genomic DNA (gDNA).

Tools Easy Fast RT Kit

The kit contains RT enzyme, RNase inhibitor, random primer, oligo-dT primer, dNTP mixture and reaction buffer. It takes only 15 minutes (42 ° C) to complete the synthesis of the first strand cDNA using the innovative RT enzyme.

The high affinity for RNA enables efficient and sensitive reverse transcription of any template, such as GC-rich regions and complicated secondary structures of template RNA.

The result is too high a yield of cDNA!

Experience the new way of cDNA production in just 15 minutes and save even more until the end of April when you buy the kit!

The advantages at a glance!

  • 5x Easy Fast RT mix with reverse transcriptase, random primer, oligo-dT primer, dNTP mixture and reaction buffer.
  • Without an additional step to remove the gDNA (3 minutes)
  • cDNA synthesis in just 15 minutes
